Our approach is focused on working on the mind body connection. The mind body connection is there for everyone and we focus on using this connection to facilitate healing.
Bringing the body into balance
Both strength and flexibility/mobility are important to our physical body. Dr. Tara’s knowledge as a physical therapist allows her to use yoga to provide her private clients with the exact needs of their specific body.
Relaxation sounds like something that should be super easy but this is not the case for many people. It can be hard to allow yourself to relax in this busy world although being so busy means that relaxation is more important than ever! We teach you how to use yoga for relaxation so your body and mind can rest and heal!
Reducing fear of movement
Sometimes when dealing with issues such as pain, we can become fearful of movement. This is understandable of course but our body does need movement to stay healthy and happy. Yoga is a wonderful way to help reduce these types of fears.
