For balancing and connecting with your crown chakra
The crown chakra invites us to open ourselves up to divine, universal energy. It helps us to fully embrace our spiritual nature. Use these 10 crown chakra affirmations to help you to connect with this truly magnificent energy center.
What Is The Crown Chakra?
The crown chakra, also known as sahasrara chakra, is the final energy center within the seven chakra system. This energy center is located right at the top of your head, so it’s nice and easy to find!
The crown chakra is really an energy that is entirely spiritually focused; it’s about connecting with something greater than you. The name for this greater force will depend on your own spiritual practice. I personally use divine or universe so you will see those names in the affirmations below.
As the energy of the crown chakra opens, you start to feel and remember that this greater energy lives within you and within all those around you. You see the connection that is present throughout the universe, and not just throughout humanity, but with other forms of life as well.

Using Affirmations
Affirmations are powerful tools that can help us to direct our energetic focus. By using affirmations, we set clear intentions on where we want our energy to go.
Affirmations for the crown chakra can help to enhance your connection with something greater than you and also with your highest self. This is because when you are living in alignment with divine energy, you are connected with your highest self. (I say divine energy but you can use different wording if you prefer!)
Below you’ll find 10 crown chakra affirmations designed to help you to connect with this energy center.
Choose the ones that resonate most with you and repeat them as often as you feel called to. For the crown chakra, since the element here is thought, you might find it more impactful to repeat the affirmations silently instead of speaking them aloud.
10 Crown Chakra Affirmations:
1. I am connected with the entire universe.
Our first crown chakra affirmation helps us to connect with the vastness of this energy center and with its universal presence.
2. I honor and recognize divine wisdom within me.
This higher wisdom lives within all of us. Use this affirmation to remind yourself that you do not need to search externally for this wisdom, it lives within.
3. I am connected to my highest self.
Our highest self is our most elevated form of consciousness and this elevated consciousness is always a part of us. It’s just that sometimes we may have difficulty feeling or seeing this connection, but remember that it is still there. Our highest self is our pure connection to divine energy.
4. Divine energy flows through me with ease.
When the crown chakra is in balance, you can feel divine, universal energy flowing through you with ease.
5. I see and honor my connection with all life forms here on Earth.
All life forms have this universal energy within them. Starting to see this connection, not only in other humans, but also in other life forms, helps to balance crown chakra energy.
6. I honor my connection with something greater.
This is a nice simple crown chakra affirmation that you can use. I like this one because there is no name here for this greater energy, so you can really become open to exploring what this energy means without the box of a single name.
7. I fully embrace my spiritual nature.
The crown chakra is our most spiritually focused energy center so embracing your spiritual nature will really help you to connect here. But remember, we are here on Earth to have a human experience, so while it’s important to be connected to your spiritual side, it’s also important to be grounded and present here on Earth.
8. I embrace growth on my spiritual path.
Growth is an integral part of walking a spiritual path. This is why spirituality is not something you ever accomplish or complete, it is a lifelong practice where you will continue to grow and expand.
9. I am open to the guidance of the Universe.
The Universe will help guide you through this human experience if you stay open to it. This doesn’t mean that you don’t have the power of choice or that you don’t need to take action, but it does mean that guidance is there for you along the way.
10. Universal energy lives within me.
This universal energy of love and light lives within all of us. This crown chakra affirmation is a nice little reminder.
May these crown chakra affirmations guide you on your journey towards experiencing a deep connection with divine universal energy. May they help you in truly allowing your highest self to shine through.
