This 8 week personalized yoga program is designed to help you FINALLY take control over your chronic pain so it can STOP controlling your life.

If you think yoga is just about doing yoga poses, you’re in for a surprise. Yoga is about an entire change in lifestyle and is a powerful tool in healing. 

The missing piece in true healing is often that we’re looking at everything as separate instead of connected. In this program, we are looking at your ENTIRE being.

As a doctor of physical therapy and a yoga teacher, I am able to develop a yoga plan that is very specific to what you need. I also know the power in this practice as it has been an extremely healing practice for me personally.

Practicing yoga has nothing to do with how  flexible you are. This is a myth in our modern world. While we may work on improving your flexibility as part of your program, this is a small part of the vast practice of yoga. So you by no means need to be “flexible” to practice.
